Plants could be categorized based on various labels (e.g., treatment, species, line) to be presented or analyzed on SPAC-Analytics.
The labeling is done in the Plantarray Client software.
- Under the tab of the selected experiment, go to the "Plants" table.
- Export the table to an Excel file and open it.
- Add a new column and label starting with # (e.g., #Treatment).
- In this column, make a notation for each plant (e.g., for the “#Treatment” label, mark the plants as drought, control, etc.; see example below).
