Data could fail to upload to SPAC-Analytics for several reasons:
- Internet connection problem.
- The uploader service is blocked by a firewall or other security software.
- Configuration problem.
If you notice that data is not updating in SPAC-Analytics:
- Make sure the internet connection is working properly.
- Restart the computer and after 15 minutes check if the problem is solved.
- Open Windows "Services" (type services.msc in the Run dialog box) and look for the service "Plantarray Uploader Service". The Startup Type should be "Automatic" and the status should be "Running". If it is not running, click "Start the service".
