If you encounter the "Engine Error" notification in the "Dashboard" screen of the Plantarray Client, as pictured below:


  1. Reboot the computer and check if the problem is solved.
  2. Open Windows "Services" and look for the service "Plantarray Engine". The Startup Type should be "Automatic" and the status should be "Running". If it is not running, click "Start the service".
  3. If the "Plantarray Engine" service is not in the list, or its Startup Type is not "Automatic", please contact us.
