To rectify an SDI-12 sensor not detected by the system:


1. Reboot the controller:

  • For Version 2.0: Unplug the incoming power cable for 5 seconds and plug it back in.
  • For Version 3.0:
    - In the "Control Panel" section of Plantarray Client, click "Reset SDI12 Sensors".

2. Check the connector of the sensor for wiring problems, physical damage, or excessive moisture.

3. Connect the sensor to another SDI-12 port (A/B/C/D).
