To rectify an SDI-12 sensor not detected by the system:
1. Reboot the controller:
- For Version 2.0: Unplug the incoming power cable for 5 seconds and plug it back in.
- For Version 3.0:
- In the "Control Panel" section of Plantarray Client, click "Reset SDI12 Sensors".
- If the problem remains, click "Reset PIU".
2. Check the connector of the sensor for wiring problems, physical damage, or excessive moisture.
3. Connect the sensor to another SDI-12 port (A/B/C/D).
